Jongho’s lifetime motto is “Do not be afraid if you have not even tried.”

He was born in Seoul, South Korea. He has a younger brother who is a former archery player.

Jongho was the 7th member to join Ateez group at KQ Entertainment. Jongho’s microphone color is purple because he thought it was pretty when he saw others using the same color.
