He is from Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. He has an older sister. Taehyun also has a cat named Hobak (which means pumpkin). He study at Hanlim Arts School.

He likes swimming & football but also sweet things. He is left-handed.

Taehyun is in charge of passion and fashion in the group. His favorite movie is “Inception”. His favorite color is yellow.
